All prices are per suite per night inclusive of a full English breakfast and are based on two people sharing.
Single occupancy discount of £20 per suite per night.
Children sharing a suite with their parents at Woodfarm House are charged £15.00 per night per child on a Z bed including breakfast.
Dogs are very welcome at £15.00 per stay.
During the High and Mid season, booking at weekends is generally for a minimum of two nights but please call to check availability as we can occasionally offer one night stays. Bank Holidays, and Easter are rated as High season.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation without 48 hours prior notice (or non arrival), full charges will apply. If however, the Suite can be re-let, there will be no cancellation fee.

A 50% deposit is payable on booking. This will be refunded in full when cancellation is at least 48 hours prior to booking.
We accept cheques, cash and debit cards.
Check-in time is after 5.00pm on day of arrival and check-out is until 11.00am. There is some flexibility with prior arrangement.
Children are welcome to share a share a room with their parents at £15.00 per child per night (Z bed - maximum of two).
Well behaved pets are welcome subject to prior arrangement.
Woodfarm House has a no smoking policy.
