We are open from February 10th to December 17th 2008. The room rate for 2008 is shown in the table below. All prices include breakfast. Woodfarm House also offers evening meals at a cost of £25 for two courses. Please call 01485 528 586 to discuss your menu. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

All prices are per suite per night inclusive of breakfast and are based on two people sharing.
Single occupancy discount of £ 20 per suite per night.
During the high season booking at weekends is generally for a minimum of two nights but please call to check availability as we can occasionally offer one night stays

A 50% deposit is payable on booking. This will be refunded in full when cancellation is at least 48 hours prior to booking.
We accept cheques, cash and debit cards.
Check-in time is after 5.00pm on day of arrival and check-out is until 11.00am. There is some flexibility with prior arrangement.
Children are welcome to share a share a room with their parents at £15.00 per child per night (Z bed - maximum of two).
Well behaved pets are welcome subject to prior arrangement.
Woodfarm House has a no smoking policy.
